What to Expect

Our couples therapy begins with a comprehensive assessment phase followed by structured intervention work.

Session 1: Couple’s Intake Session (50 minutes)
During this initial session, we gather comprehensive information about your relationship history and current challenges. In some cases, an additional intake session may be needed for a full understanding.

In-between Session Activity: Online Gottman Questionnaires. Cost: US$39. This fee covers the online assessment and a personalized report tailored to the couple.

Sessions 2 & 3: Individual Sessions (50 minutes each)
Each partner will have a session to discuss their perspectives and goals.

Session 4: Feedback/Treatment Planning (50 minutes)
Using the information gathered, we collaboratively develop a customized therapy plan tailored to your relationship needs.

Phase 2: Targeted Intervention

Sessions are booked in advance in blocks of 6 (weekly initially recommended).
